You can manually update the Opt-in/Opt-out Status of an Infusionsoft Contacts Record. This may be required if someone accidently unsubscribes or if you have received confirmation that they wish to receive your marketing information.
A Contacts Email Status can be updated as follows:
- Opening a Contact Record and Clicking on Manage Email Status next to the email address.
- Select Indicate you have Permission …..
- Complete Permission to Market and select Save
Step 1. Open Contact Record and click on Manage Email Status
Step 2. Select Indicate that you have Permission…..
Step 3. Complete the reason why you have Permission and click save.
